We are swimming in Marinara and Enchilada Sauce, and I love it. It has sort of become an annual tradition to get together with my Sister's In Law and have a huge sauce making party. We canned these back in March and I think this was our best batch yet. Lizzie and Trevor have actually started to just eat the Marinara Sauce right out of the jar. They have no idea that their "pizza sauce" is filled with carrots, kale, and spinach. It's great.

I love canning too. Where did you get all your tomatoes this time of year? And how do you make enchilada sauce? I feel an enrichment class coming on. Good work!
I love making my own sauce, it saves money and tastes way better, but best of all I feel so domestic!
